Feedback from visitors to our Newport, RI resort condos

""Loved this place!""
This is a timeshare property ideally located on Thames St. Most units overlook a marina with the Georgetown Bridge off in the distance. The views were spectacular - especially at night. Although we were four adults, the unit did sleep six. There was a pullout couch in the living room. All rooms had TVs. The property is very family oriented with a fenced in pool area (inside and outside pools). Grills and seating areas surround the pool area. Lots to see and do within walking distance . Great restaurants. We cooked breakfast and lunch in and dined out most evenings. Kitchens were fully equipped. We did utilize the grills a couple of nights. All units have two balconies. Westwind would be my recommendation.

"Many thanks- Just wanted to thank you for arranging the 526 Wellington condo last week. It worked out very well with the whole family. Had a nice dinner there on Friday and my grandson enjoyed the pool. Location was perfect and we had good weather. All in all, it was a success. Many thanks

"We had a great time- the accommodations were very nice, and in a great location. The staff in the office could not have been nicer or more helpful. Would definitely do it again. The unit was close to the mansions, and within walking distance to all the shops in town.

"Wow! What a great location. Our favorite part of the trip was hanging around the pool and watching the boats in the harbor. The 2 bedroom condo was ample room for all 6 of us. Some other faves of the place were sitting on the balcony watching the sunsets; having our own food & drinks in the condo; exercise room for workouts with incredible harbor views.  

The conveniences of not having to wait in line for a table at a restaurant was a timesaver since we had a kitchenette for breakfast, quick lunches & snacks before going out on the town and leaving the car in the parking lot alleviated the hassle of looking for spaces or designating a driver for the night. We walked to all the nearby restaurants & clubs along the harbor.  

Whenever we needed anything the staff was very helpful. There was no WiFi in the room instead it's in the Club house which was no biggie since it wasn't a biz trip and by going over there we found a pool table and played a couple of games. We never could fit a game of tennis into our schedule but saw people playing on the property courts.  

I would definitely go back and would recontact Lisa at Ocean State Rentals for another stay. She was a wealth of information and hooked us up with some events that we had no idea were going on, like the free outdoor concerts at the park right next door."

Great time - great location

Just wanted to let you know that we were very pleased with the house at Bonnett Point Road! It was a perfect size for us. The porch was an added bonus; my husband and I started and ended every day sitting on the porch, enjoying the view and relaxing. The outside shower worked out well for our trips to the beach.

Once again, our stay was relaxing and enjoyable.

"GREAT PLACE TO STAY"

My husband,sister and brother in-law stayed in your condo for 7 days,May 1 to May 8, 2011.The condo was wonderful, the location and view was great. My sister and brother in-law had never stayed in a condo their experience was great. It was fun to come in after a long day of site seeing have a drink,shower,go to dinner and come back,visit,. some go to bed early stay to visit more. The condo was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location was convinient to everything. we walked down the street to shop and eat or drive the beach road or go to the mansions. just a great place in all and have already recommended it to friends. thanks.

We had a great time in Newport and found the condo to be a perfect setup for our family. I will definately recommend it to others.
